Description
Nicely made bayonet with hilt feasible for Gewehr 1888, and short bowie style blade. The grips are originally riveted and blade is professionaly shaped, though the scabbad had been shortened and nicely welded. The bayo has absolutely no markings.
The only similar one in literature is listed in Vial N386 as private produced by WK&C Solingen for export. Both have identical hilt and unfullered blade. My exampe has no markings, shortened bowie blade and the barrel ring removed. If You know another like this let me know.
