Description
A good condition, original and very rare WW1 British Volunteer Training Corps sword bayonet. The hilt is of the Lee Metford design with a P07 style blade. The pommel, crossguard and tang show light pitting. The wood grips are good showing light bruising. The muzzle ring diameter is 14mm. The blade is good showing light overall pitting. The scabbard is dent free with medium pitting and has been painted black. The scabbard seems to be made of brass.
