Description

This one of the kind yatagan bayonet had been ordered by Australian State of Ne South Wales in Germany, manufactured by Weyersberg and marked with typical knight’s head. It was intended for use with short Alexander-Henry rifle and artillery carbine. The quillon has unique spatulate shape.

This model had a cousin with straight sawback blade that was intended for long Alexander-Henry rifle. The hist is identical in both bayonets.
