Weidmesser fur Scharfschutzen, kant. Ord. 1838, verwendet bei der Gendarmerie Vaud…? The frog seems to be more like gendarmerie or ceremonial, but the blade is more “duty-like”. I’ve not found identical one on the net, similar one comes from Vaud. But this one was made in Germany and has special button, fixing the hilt to scabbard.
